Support package information

Our support packages are not binding or enforceable contracts. Our support packages are not insurance policies, credit agreements or guarantees and there is no interest to pay with any of our payment options. Your support period starts 7 days after you receive your welcome pack, which is assumed delivered 7 days after the date of your initial support application.

New support package rates may vary from time to time depending upon the level of support and or any special offers that may be current at any given time.The benefits of our support package rest with the user alone and any benefit of user can be withdrawn or replaced at any time. Notification of any such withdrawal or replacement will be given by post or by Email. Other benefits of the support package may be added to all or some package levels at any time without notification. All One Service limited and associated companies have absolute discretion as to the provision of any benefit to any user at any time and all benefits are subject to the payment of any outstanding or deferred user subscriptions or of any due administration charge.

Cancelling your support package

For your support package to remain in force, your package subscriptions must be paid in keeping with the subscription arrangements that were agreed at the time of joining.

A: You may cancel the periodic subscription renewals at the end of any subscription period by writing to us either by post or by email. If you pay for this subscription by direct debit or debit or credit card, you must also tell your bank to cancel the direct debit or call us to stop electronic payment which then would be confirmed in writing.

B: Your support package will be deemed to have started from the eighth day after you receive your documents. No refunds will be given in the case of the cancellation of a subscription due to a reduction in the cost of or cancellation of any support package or in the case of any misdemeanour or unlawful act by any third party including giving misinformation about All One Service Limited or associated companies. This does not affect your legal rights.

C: We are entitled to cancel your support package at the end of any subscription period for which a payment has not been made by you, and also advising you in writing to your last known address or to cancel any subscription at any time by giving a pro rata refund of any unexpired portion of an outstanding subscriptions.

D: Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel the support package by giving notice in writing at any time up to and including the eighth working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after you receive the support package documents which are presumed delivered within seven days of your order.
Exclusion of third party rights,

This support package is for your benefit only and any permitted transferee. No right or benefits are given to any third party and the provisions of the contracts (rights of third parties) act 1999 do not apply to this support package. Telephone calls may be recorded for the monitoring purposes and to improve and quality of service. We will give you notice at your address set out in the support package form. We will not support computer hardware failure with you computer equipment.

Refund policy

The support package is provided under various trading styles including All One Service Limited. Whose UK company registration numbers are 8197245 and whose registered offices are: Suite 6 Islington House 313 Upper Street London England N1 2XQ.

All credit and debit card transactions are processed by alloneservice.co.uk 08458 621693. This will appear on Your credit card statement will read AW-alloneservice442033188334. You may change your mind and cancel this support package at any time within 14 working days from the day after the day on which you receive your subscription from us by mail (the “Cooling Off Period”) and you will receive a full refund unless we have provided you with any chargeable support in which case we will charge you for that support in accordance with our current charges, as displayed on our website and will refund a proportion of your support package fee relating to the remaining full months outstanding please allow 90 days for refund by credit or debit card.

Under the BACS Direct Debit scheme, amendments, updates, changes to or cancellation of a scheduled Direct Debit payment can take up to fourteen working days. Please allow up to fourteen working days for refunds. All One Service Limited operates a paperless Direct Debit system in accordance with the BACS regulations.

Data protection

We are committed to complying with the data protection act 1998 .Save as permitted or required by law, we will not provide your data to any third party without your prior consent or though we may supply it to any subcontractor or agent we may use for the purpose of carrying out our obligations under your membership. The information that you have provided to us will be used by us to fulfil your orders, for account management, payment and marketing purposes, we may use the information that you provided to us to send you information about our products, services and promotions unless you have indicated that you do not wish to receive such information by writing to our customer care department.

Governing Law

Your agreement with us is covered by the laws of England and Wales and the English courts will have jurisdiction over any disputes which may arise between you and us in connection with the agreement between you and us.
